Devon Rollins CEO, CO-FOUNDER Devon is a Manager at Ernst & Young. He was first introduced to STEM when he laid hands on an AOL cd to access the Internet. Dial up tones still give him nightmares. Devon has a passion for cybersecurity, mentorship, and personal fitness.

Phillip Stephen CTO, CO-FOUNDER Phil is a DevOps Manager and Systems Architect at Liquidity Services. He was first introduced to STEM when he joined the technology team in 3rd grade. Phil has a passion for systems engineering/architecture, entrepreneurship, and cars.

Duane Rollins CFO, CO-FOUNDER Duane is a User Experience Lead and Training Specialist for the federal government. He was first introduced to STEM when he was 7 years old and took apart his beloved electronic organizer to see how the parts worked together. He was never successful at putting it back together though. Duane has a passion for education, design, and technology.

Britney McCoy, Ph.D. DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES Britney is an Engineer for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) focusing on air quality and transportation. She was first introduced to STEM when she was 8 years old and for Christmas her parents bought her the game “Operation.” She was in awe of understanding how each organ works. Britney has a passion for education, the environment, and all things Washington, DC.
